Gorgeous three bedroom, two bath home with private heated pool (daily heating fees apply) and 50 foot vaulted ceilings. Wood fireplace, kitchen with island. 2445 sq ft. Furnished patio w/bbq. Three car garage. Great views.  Near shopping, golf and restaurants. 30 day minimum stay. WiFi Access.

This beautiful home sits next to the Monument Course at Troon North in between the 3rd and 4th hole.

The HOA does not allow on street or driveway parking overnight. This home does have a garage but it will not accommodate oversized vehicles.

No mailbox access will be granted

House rules: 

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM 
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All reservations must submit identification and sign the Casago management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat is an additional daily cost of $150/day plus tax.
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~ We do not guarantee the temperature of heated pools. 
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or anywhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
