Estrella Mountain Ranch is located in Goodyear, Arizona which is near MLB Spring Training, numerous hiking trails and just about 20 minutes from the hockey arena. This private home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached three car garage and a south facing backyard.
Walk through the front door where you will find a tiled entry that leads into the office on your right which is furnished with a desk, chair, and recliner chair. Take a couple steps out and you will walk through the living room which is furnished with four cushioned Rattan chairs and a trunk styled table. As you walk towards the back of the home you will find the formal dining area furnished with a high top cherry wood table and seating for six guests.
As you reach the back of the home you will find the family room to the right and the kitchen to your left. The family room is furnished with a set of plush leather recliner sofas, a matching recliner chair, dark wood coffee table and a built in entertainment unit with a 55" flat screen TV. The walls are adorned with metallic art pieces and all the windows look out to the sunny backyard.
The kitchen has white on white appliances with beige counter tops and maple wood cabinetry. You will find all the items needed to prepare a feast or entertain your guests. The attached breakfast nook is surrounded with room brightening windows, a round table and four chairs. A sliding glass door off the breakfast nook will take you out to the covered back patio and yard.
The Master suite has a dark wood platform style King size bed with an earth toned sateen striped bedding set. The ensemble includes a matching set of lighted nightstands, a bureau style dresser, a flat screen TV and a corner chaise lounge. The walls are adorned with an Audrey Hepburn art print and more metallic art deco pieces hung above the bed. The attached bathroom has his and her vanity sinks, a walk in shower, separate soaking tub, private commode and a large walk-in closet.
Head over to the other side of the home and you will find the guest bedrooms. Guest bedroom two has a set of twin size beds with rust colored bedding, a lighted nightstand and a large sliding door closet. The third guest bedroom next door has a Queen size bed with brown satin bedding, two lighted nightstands, a matching dresser and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The hall guest bathroom has a double mirrored sink vanity with a walk-in tub / shower combo.
Throw some steaks on the grill and kick back with a cocktail while you enjoy the perfect weather and views. The backyard is well equipped with a gas grill, an outdoor heater and a dining table set to seat six guests. The backyard faces the south desert preserve which ensures that you have sunshine all day long. You will not be disappointed with comfort and location of this wonderful Goodyear home.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
