The home is a quiet comfortable 2 Master Bedroom Casita that accommodates four guests. King size bed in Master Bedroom 1 with easy chair, night stand and lamp, and dresser. There is a TV in this room as well. The en suite bath has a double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The walk-in closet has plenty of room for your clothes and has extra bedding.
Master Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, dresser and TV. The en suite bath has tub/shower combo and vanity. This bath also serves as the guest bath but can be isolated to the bedroom.
There are plenty of linens, towels and cleaning supplies for extended stays.
The Great Room has a soaring ceiling over the living and dining rooms furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. A sliding glass door leads to an oversized patio with retractable awning, furnished with table chairs and loungers all with a view of the fairway to the south. The charcoal BBQ is built-in nearby ready for a steak or roasted vegetables. Or do your cooking in the kitchen, fully stocked to facilitate the preparation of your favorite meals. Lots of dinnerware, flatware, glasses, cups, utensils, pots, pans and appliances. Kitchen is equipped with a reverse osmosis water purification system.
Rio Verde is an age 55+ community. The principle renter must age-qualify but may have younger companions of age 19 or greater. Any visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 55 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Community pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
