Welcome to Scottsdale Siesta! Resort-style living in South Scottsdale. Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Tempe Town Lake, and multiple Spring Training Facilities.
Step into this cozy home and you will quickly feel at ease and ready to unwind. The living room has a large plush sofa, a love seat, and a matching oversized chair. All centered around the 55 inch TV. Off of the living room, you will come upon the formal dining room, breakfast nook, and gourmet kitchen. If you like to entertain a small gathering or have a flair for cooking you will love this kitchen. It has absolutely everything you need. From the kitchen, you also have a view of the atrium which has a bistro table and chairs.
As you pass from the living room to the hall you pass an enclosed reading room which you can enjoy your morning cup coffee and a good book. At the end of the hall, you come to the bedrooms which are separated by the private den with a leather sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV and DVD player. On either end of the Den, you will enjoy relaxing in either the master suite or the guest bedroom of which both have quality mattresses. The master features a King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen cable TV, and en suite bath. The guest room features a Queen bed and flat-screen cable TV.
Ready to enjoy the outdoors? The private oasis in the backyard is inviting and relaxing. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, and has a waterfall feature. Enjoy a meal that you prepared on the BBQ grill under the umbrella at the table for four.

~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~If you would like the pool heated during your stay please ask your agent for a quote as heat is an additional daily cost of $150/day plus tax.
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
