The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and love seat will look forward to sinking into after a round of golf at the Arrowhead Country Club. There is a coffee table, flat screen tv, and blue ray player for your use. The kitchen and dining area is just off the living room. The dining room table seats up to four guests and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking your favorite meals while you are here.
This split floor plan features a master bedroom with a king size bed, side tables with reading lamps, dresser, flat screen TV and blue ray player. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The guest room is furnished with two twin beds, a night stand and reading lamp, and dresser.
If you enjoy spending time outdoors you will absolutely love your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on the patio. This space overlooks the golf course and views of one of the many Arrowhead lakes. You will get to experience the beauty of Arizona's sunrise and sunset from this wonderful space. If you enjoy grilling you can do it from here on the BBQ grill.
Make friends at the popular heated community pool and spa. This is a ground floor unit with attached one car garage.

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All reservations must submit identification and sign the Casago management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Community pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature.
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or anywhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
