Welcome to Red Rock Retreat. This brand new condo will have you coming back to Sedona year after year! Not only is it in the perfect location, but there are also plenty of amenities on the complex for all your vacationing needs! This fully furnished vacation home is a very short walk right behind one of the largest shopping centers in the Village of Oak Creek. There you will find plenty of shopping and dining businesses and just next door is a visitor center with everything you need to know about Sedona! This is a sister condo to the unit below, ask us about multi-unit discounts!
The complex has several amenities to choose from! Directly in from of the condo is a refreshing pool for those warm summer days. Wanting to relax at the pool while grilling some steaks? Not a problem right next to the pool is a couple of charcoal grills and picnic areas. Around the side of the building is a gazebo with plenty of seating and a basketball court for a little game of one on one! The community also features a laundry room and a swinging bench to watch the breathtaking Arizona sunsets! In addition, there is a fitness center and a coin-operated laundry facility.
Inside the condo, you will be pleasantly surprised to find all brand new furniture and appliances! Nothing beats new! The inviting living room is complete with a comfy sectional couch and smart TV. Take a look at the artwork throughout the home, the details are what makes this home so special! For all your yoga needs, there are a couple of mats for you to use at your convenience. High-Speed WiFi is available too!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including the wine opener after visiting the winery just down the block. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal with the brand new appliances, there is seating for two at the romantic pub style table that is absolutely adorable and perfect for the couples getaway retreat.
Down the hall is the master bedroom with all new furniture. The luxurious top of the line mattress will have you sleeping better than ever. Relax in bed with the sounds of white noise from the sound machine. Sleeping and yoga will be so relaxing and peaceful.
This harming condo is the perfect couples getaway with all the things you will need to make your vacation more than memorable. You will absolutely want to keep coming back time and time again!
House Rules:
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
