The Rim Trail Retreat is situated in a higher-end part of town, making for a true home away from home. As you look out towards the Sonoran sunset, you will find both bliss and wonder. The Rim Trail Retreat provides fantastic Arizonan sunrises from the spacious Walk-Out Patio.
Wanting to relax outside and enjoy the crystal clear night sky? Or do you want to enjoy the rising sun creating over the eastern skyline? The exquisite walkout patio is accessible from the Living room and will allow you to enjoy the splendid Arizonan atmosphere. The Rim Trail Retreat features several different places to sit comfortably inside and outside! There you find bliss on the patio furniture taking in the scenery, or being curled up on the leather couch with a book and the fireplace going. It's not a matter if you will relax, just a matter of where!
When you stay at the Rim Trail Retreat, you will notice the home has Rustic southwestern furnishings, beautiful artwork with a wild theme, and a vaulted ceiling in the living/dining room. The kitchen includes quality appliances and everything you need to make a romantic dinner for two or feed the family comfortably. In the kitchen/dining area, the Rim Trail Retreat provides seating for 6 at the wood dining table and 4 at the outdoor patio table alongside the barbeque grill. This unique desert home’s interior includes rustic furnishings throughout as well. There are 2 bathrooms and one laundry/mudroom.
The downtown Sedona area is a short drive away, with additional restaurants, shopping, nightlife and various scheduled events and concerts throughout the town. Regardless of what time of the year you decide to visit, or how you choose to spend your time here, this exceptional Oak Creek vacation villa will serve as the perfect jumping-off point for all of your Sedona adventures!

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance.
