Our Luxury At The Sands is a beautifully designed contemporary townhome with a spacious open floor plan, high end finishes and a beautiful backyard with private pool to match. Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, this townhome is tucked away in a quite community just mins to endless restaurants, shopping, dinning and all the entertainment that Old Town has to offer!

The living room opens up to the kitchen and it has two gray microfiber sofas, a large area rug, coffee table, sofa table, and a 70 Mounted smart TV. The TV is set up for streaming all of your favorite apps and shows. The home has an upgraded internet package (Giga blast from Cox with a panoramic modem). There is an additional sitting area to the right of the entry for reading a book.

The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! It has custom white cabinets, white marble counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a large double door fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, a pull out drawer microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher and electric stove/oven. The large kitchen island is great for entertaining! There are 4 bar stools that sit along side of it.

The kitchen is open to the dinning room which has a beautiful dark wood table with seating for 6 people. Above the table is a barn-style chandelier and below the table is a tribal print rug to soften this area. The dinning room has doors which lead to the covered patio and the back yard / pool area.

The master bedroom has a King sized platform bed with two night stands, two lamps, a dresser chest and mounted 55 Smart TV w/ Streaming. The master has his hers closets with plenty of space. The attached master bathroom has beautiful barn doors leading to the entry. The master bath is your own private spa with his hers sinks, white cabinet vanities and white marble counter tops. This bathroom has a large shower with a rainfall shower head and a custom soaking tub in it. The master bedroom also has a private patio off to the side of it with two sitting chairs.

The second bedroom has a Queen sized platform bed with two night stands, two lamps, and a black and white tribal rug. The room has shutters for added light and a good sized closet. The third bedroom has a King sized platform bed, two night stands, two lamps and a beautiful white a gray tribal rug under the bed. There is also a dresser chest in this room and a mounted 40 Smart TV with streaming. This room has it s own private entry to the patio. The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo and a single sink vanity with white cabinets and marble countertops.

The patio area is very clean and quaint. There is an outdoor sofa that can seat 3 people comfortably and a single chair accompanied by a wooden coffee table. There is also an outdoor ceiling fan for added breeze.

There are two chaise lounger chairs sitting under a citrus tree. This is a great place to soak in the sun and relax to the sound of the breeze blowing through the leaves. The backyard has a stainless steel BBQ to the right of the loungers. You have your own private sparkling pool with a water fall feature and palm trees. The backyard has two citrus trees and the guests are welcome to enjoy the fruit that the trees bare.

The community also has a pool and sun lounging area that renters are welcome to use as well.
Two car garage for parking + available street parking if needed.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using flushable wipes.
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
