Located in the heart of McCormick Ranch Scottsdale, this beautifully updated 2BR/2BA townhome is a short walk from the shops and restaurants. Relax in style in the contemporary 1,600 square foot interior, featuring an inviting open-concept layout and a serene master suite. The modern kitchen is sure to please the gourmands in your group. Enjoy blissful afternoons sunbathing by the sparkling pool after a quiet morning on your private patio. Within walking distance from condo, one will find Marguerite Lake. Marguerite Lake is an urban lake that is surrounded by tall Cottonwood trees and bike path which offers outdoor activities such as cycling, walking trails and fishing. After taking a morning stroll around the late, relax in one of two (2) conveniently located community pools or hot tubs.

A utility deposit of $500 or more will be collected for summer stays with a length of 21 days or more during the months of April - October. Depending on the website you use to book your stay, you may need to provide a credit card directly to our office for the deposit if it applies. During the months of April - October, our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates for summer stays to remain low. If there is an overage on the usage, it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount, the tenant is responsible for the cost of the overage.

ALL STAYS OVER 21 DAYS REQUIRE A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT.

For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and employees, in order to stay at one of our properties, we require a short ID verification process to finalize your reservation. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in. To do so, you will need a valid government ID and a device with a camera  

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance.
