Enjoys the comforts of a nice fully furnished home located in a nice quite neighborhood in Old Town Scottsdale. The house is less than 2 miles from Scottsdale Stadium the spring training home of the San Francisco Giants. It is also within 2 miles of the very upscale Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall complex, blocks of the best shopping centers, canal/waterfront district, entertainment district, art galleries and many of the best restaurants and the hottest nightlife in Scottsdale. Golf courses are plenty and many of the highest rated courses in Arizona are just minutes away from this location. The house is within 10 minutes of the airport.
The comfortable house contains 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Carpet, tile and granite in kitchen and both bathrooms. It also contains a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen.

~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Unheated pool
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
