The backyard paradise features a ping pong table for some friendly competition between friends and family. The outdoor sectional centers a massive wood burning fireplace* for nightime entertainment and relaxation. The heated pool** with water basketball hoop will entertain the kids and the funnest of adults for hours.
The interior of this home is suited for family gatherings and entertaining small groups of friends. The common areas are all centered around the massive kitchen island with a backdrop of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room is comfortably furnished for you to sink into the sectional while watching your favorite movie or game on the 75 inch flat screen TV. This home offers YouTube TV and streaming capabilities. There is dining for 10 at the table and 4 more at the breakfast bar. For those working remotely or homeschooling the kids, there is a dedicated office/classroom space for you to use.
The 3 main bedrooms are set off the great room. Starting with the bunk room that sleeps up to four comfortably (6 if they are littles). Down the hall, you will find the the guest bedroom which features a full size bed and TV and the guest bathroom with gorgeous tile accents and dual vanity sinks. The master suite is at the end of the hall, featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and en suite bath. The bathroom is separated by trendy barnwood doors. You also have private access to the backyard from the master bedroom. The in-law suite is set off the garage. There you will find a queen size bed and private bathroom.

**Electric pool heat is $65.00 per day. This heater will only heat to between 82-85 degrees when the ambient temperature outside is above 59 degrees. It is not effective in extremely cold temperatures and cannot be guaranteed to be effective.
House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. Pool heat has an additional cost of $65/day plus tax.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
