Head up the stairs, and you ll be on the main living level which has the living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The living level has an open floor plan and high ceilings which gives the home a spacious feel. The living room includes a large sectional couch, 65 flat screen smart TV and a desk that can be used as a working space.
The kitchen sits to the right of the living room. It includes quartz countertops, grey cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen counter has two bar stools making this an additional conversation space for entertaining. The guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass doors and beautiful tile, giving the shower a spa-like feel.
The master bedroom and bathroom sits upstairs on the third level. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, two night stands, two lamps and a dresser with a 43 smart TV on stop of it. The master bathroom is attached and is very spacious. The vanity had dual sinks, quartz counter tops, large mirrors and gray cabinets. The master bath includes a large walk-in shower with beautiful designer tile for a spa-like experience.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~ Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $250/pet that is non-refundable.
