Come experience our 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo in Old Town Scottsdale biking distance to everything (1.6 miles to Entertainment District)! You will enjoy having this ground-floor condo to yourself with a private patio and access to all of the community amenities.

Some of the features include new furniture, modern decor, kitchen, a private balcony, Wi-Fi, 2 flat-screen TVs with cable, and best of all biking distance to the entertainment district in Old Town and Golf Courses. Guests will have access to the resort-style pools, hot tub, state-of-the-art gym, and much more!

The living room has a couch, flat screen tv with cable, patio access, and an open floor plan leading to the dining room/kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV with cable TV, dresser, and closet. The second bedroom includes an additional 2 beds
( one queen and one single bed), bathroom and a closet.

Entertain at home with the provided pots, pans, Keurig coffee, glasses, and much more.

A short drive nearby you will find numerous golf courses, Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarters, City North, Desert Ridge, the TPC Open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, the Arabian Horse Show, Casinos, Spring Training Baseball Stadiums and the Scottsdale Airpark.
▪ San Francisco Giants Spring Training Ballpark is 1 mile away.
▪ 3 grocery stores (Safeway, Fry's and Sprouts) are all within a 1-2 mile radius.
▪ 6 popular golf courses within a 3-mile radius.
▪ Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall is 2.5 miles away.
▪ Loop 101 Freeway is 1.5 miles away
Driving, bike ride, walking ( around 20-30 minutes), roughly 5 minutes, or Uber to any of the local Old Town Scottsdale bars, restaurants and attractions.

House rules: 

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM 
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All reservations must submit identification and sign the Casago management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Community pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature.
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or anywhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance.
