Cougar Chateau Description
Welcome to Cougar Chateau! You will be speechless when you step into this luxurious palace that was made with you in mind. Every detail was hand chosen specifically for you to have the best vacation you could ever dream of. Not only are there red rock views to see through the over sized windows, you can continue to gaze at the splendor while relaxing in the heated pool or around the fire fit set for a large group. The best part isn't the sun set, it's the sun bouncing off the red rock at sunset right in front of you!
Upon entering the front door, you are met with a magnificent great room with vaulted ceilings and huge windows with extravagant views all around. Snuggle up to a cozy fire or watch some TV in the next room over with the most comfortable couch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more! You can choose to sit in the breakfast area with some news on TV in the morning, or sit in the formal dining room, both with breathtaking views overlooking the pool. If you happen to visit any winery's in town, there is a wine room for storage right off the kitchen as well
The master bedroom is fit for royalty with the most luxurious bed and en suite. You will have the whole wing of this house to yourself! Again with the red rock views, you simply cant get enough! The best part is the en suite. With a huge soaking tub, 2 over sized walk in closets and tons of storage, you will simply wish you could stay forever just in this room!
Each of the other 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, cable TV, and of course, the red rock views.
After a long day of hiking and it's time to relax, the back yard would be perfect! You can soak in the jacuzzi, take a swim in the heated pool and finish the night around the fire put with all of your friends and family.
Cougar Chateau is absolutely the home you will create the best memories of Sedona and your time spent on vacation. These memories will last a lifetime!
***IMPORTANT*** If you and your guests would like the pool or spa heated, the guest agrees to pay for propane used during their stay. Pools with propane heaters are very expensive to heat. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please specify this at booking. During the colder months, it may take 48-72hrs to pre-heat a pool for the guest arrival. Casago requires a deposit of $1500.00 to be put down for propane pool heating. On average, the pool heater will burn through about $300.00 a day in propane. The cost of the propane will be deducted from the deposit. Anything remaining will be refunded to the guest. Any overages will be charged to the guest.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~ Pool heat require a propane fee deposit of $1500
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
