Close to everything downtown, this hip historic home near the UofA is within walking distance of University Blvd - with it s collection of shops, restaurants, and bars - there is something for everyone to enjoy! Tucson s light rail system can be taken from University up to the fabulous 4th Avenue trendy shops and bars. Mercado Artisan s District has so much to see as well. Head under the underpass to the lovely downtown area with the famous haunted Hotel Congress with live shows on the patio every weekend. Grab some Ice cream at the Hub creamery, or some adult gaming at Cobra Arcade. The children s museum is great for the kids, and other museums and art galleries are all nearby!

With it s historic feel upon arrival, you are greeted with a front entry area with umbrella and seats for entertaining on your step-down private front yard area.
Open the front door to this home and you are greeted with the original wood flooring, and a cozy living room area with modern edwardian vibes and a decorative fireplace - candles only.
Feel like you need more of an entertaining vibe? The back Arizona room (a fully enclosed room with large windows and a door to the backyard) has you covered with its bluetooth stereo system, flat screen Smart television with streaming, and comfortable couch.

On your way into the kitchen you ll find a high top dining set for those quick lunches, or work from home needs.
Historic Kitchen appliances have been replaced with updated appliances, but still keeps that original kitchen feel with the cabinetry.
Just off the kitchen is the laundry with full size washer/dryer. There is no fireplace use.

The front bedroom is light and airy with king bed, smart tv, arched windows, and plenty of natural light while still privately set back from the street of the home by desert plants.
The bathroom between bedrooms has original elements such as the bathroom tiles along with updated toilet and pedestal sink.
Need a little more storage? The second bedroom offers a queen bed, smart tv, dresser, plus empty sectional shelves for any extra traveling item storage.

Outside of the Arizona room you ll find yourself in a backyard oasis. High ceiling patio, two dual fans for the hot summer months, seating for outdoor dinners/lounging, an outdoor high top seating area, a pond with koi fish(no need to feed the owner is happy to care for them between guests), and lots of space for engaging outdoor evenings.

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
