Mustang Manor Description
Welcome to Mustang Manor! This exceptional getaway is the perfect location for all of your Northern Arizona vacation desires. With several surrounding cities including Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, and Prescott, you are a few minutes away from checking all the boxes on your vacation to-do list.
This magnificent home was renovated and furnished with you in mind. There is so much to do! Just down the road from the Agave Golf Course, you can continue practicing your putting skills in the backyard with the brand new putting green. Had a long day hiking in the near by trails? No problem! There is a huge jacuzzi to relax and soak in after a long day.
The main gathering quarters to any home is always the kitchen when entertaining. Mustang manor features a HUGE great room with vaulted ceilings and and over stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating in the dining area including seating outside.
The master en suite features a KING luxury bed, TV with streaming apps, and a soaking tub with separate shower. The sliding glass door leads right out into the back yard near the Jacuzzi. The back yard is completely fenced in and also features a Zen Rock Garden and over sized lounge chairs.
The loft bedroom upstairs features 360 views that are spectacular to wake up to. With a KING size bed and a streaming smart TV. This gem has the best views in our opinion
Downstairs near the living room is the 2nd guest bedroom with a TWIN day bed and trundle. There is a small stand alone fireplace as well.
The Mother-In-Law suite is separate from the main quarters, but just across the walkway on the west side of the house. Private and perfect for anyone needing those extra few minutes of sleep. This suite features a mini fridge and coffee maker and of course an en suite bathroom.
With Mustang manor located in the center of some of the best cities Northern Arizona has to offer, don't wait to grab this home and expect to have one of the best vacations you could ever have!

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
