Scottsdale Serenity Description
Relax and rejuvenate at this serene estate located in stunning Scottsdale, Arizona. Enjoy all this spaciously remodeled home has to offer with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, multiple living and dining areas and access throughout the home to an ultimate backyard outdoor oasis!
The great room boasts tile floors, 2 sitting areas and a formal dining room and opens to bright and airy dream entertaining kitchen, The modern kitchen offers a large island w/ breakfast bar, 5-burner gas range, and touch activated faucet. French doors open off the great room to the first of many outdoor seating areas.
Both primary bedrooms feature king bed, seating area, and ensuite bath with dual vanities. The first master bedroom has two large sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio and offer an abundance of natural light with a soaking tub and travertine shower in the bathroom. The second master bedroom offers private patio access, convenient full bathroom, and is attached to small room with twin bunk beds that are great for families with young children.
There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds with the last bedroom offering double bunk beds that can sleep 6 will offer enough space for your family and then some! These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
And of course, relax and luxuriate in the expansive backyard with the crown jewel of the beautiful heated swimming pool (daily heating fees apply) complete with Baja shelf, water slide & waterfall grotto! The travertine patio, large pergola covered seating area around a gas firepit, and lush grass yard offer all the space and amenities you could need to keep you and your travel companions entertained during your stay in the beautiful Arizona sunshine.
Convenient access to shopping & restaurants (Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, Paradise Valley Mall, Desert Ridge/High Street), Phoenix Mtn Preserve, and Sereno Park.
House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~If you would like the pool heated during your stay please ask your agent for a quote as heat is an additional daily cost of $90/day plus tax.
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
