Casago has never been more proud to present a home of this caliber to the world. We are absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to share the most fun filled home in the best location in Sedona! Make sure you look at each photo that is packed full with fun activities and amenities that will make your vacation absolutely memorable.
The most unique feature of Fairview Forest is that this home sits on the edge of Coconino National Forest. Just a few step away from the Jacuzzi and you are in the Forest! There is no other vacation rental that can say that! There are a few trails nearby including Airport Loop, Thunder Mountain, and Carol Canyon; These are perfect for hiking. A couple adventurous mountain biking trails include Bandit Trail and Ridge Trail. You can take full advantage of the mountain biking trails and be able to lock up your bikes in the shed provided near the outdoor shower. Do make sure to bring a lock. INDOOR LIVING
Each room has been furnished with every detail you could imagine. Fairview Forest was recently renovated with new bathrooms, all new furniture chosen for comfort and luxury. The master bedroom has a Luxury King Mattress, a smart TV and an ensuite that was build with a modern touch.
The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and smart TV.
The down stairs bedroom is like an apartment on it's own with a kitchenette, bathroom and game room near by Each room has red rock views of Thunder Mountain too!
The kitchen was stocked with high end appliances and designer dish-ware. There are more supplies than you could think to need; perfect for a home away from home.
And for the pies de résistance! The game room is like no other vacation rental you have seen before! Not only is there a huge comfy sectional to watch TV on the 65," there is SKEE BALL, FOOSBALL, and AIR HOCKEY! Talk about an amazing game night!
OUTDOOR LIVING
If you think the game room was the best part, wait until you see all the details that were put into turning the back yard into an oasis to say the least. To start, you have a 6 person jacuzzi with a large umbrella for the sunnier days. There is an outdoor shower as well. There are all sorts of outdoor seating areas around the back and front yards, including a couple lounge chairs is basking in the sun on your vacation is your thing. There is a swing under the deck for the quieter times, perfect for your morning coffee and to watch any wild life that may wander by looking into the Coconino National Forest. There are entertainment games you can partake in, including corn hole. Lastly, up on the deck there is a BBQ grill, some seating with an umbrella, and for the evenings when you want to relax and look up at the night sky, there is a fire pit for your s'mores needs. There are so many things to do, you will definitely not want to leave this home.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
