Cactus Casa - Charming, Clean & Comfortable! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in N. Scottsdale with attached 2 car garage and a heated community pool! Great backyard with comfortable sitting area, propane BBQ grill and large grassy area with yard games! This beautiful spanish-style home is located just down the street from to Westworld, 8 mins to TPC Scottsdale and about 10 mins to The Scottsdale Quarter / Kierland Commons. Pet Friendly (with pet fee).
Walking into the home, you'll enter into the open floor plan which is laid out with the kitchen and dinning area to the left and the living room to the right. The home has neutral tone furnishings and tile throughout the living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a taupe colored sofa, two brown club chairs and an ottoman. There are two side tables next to the sofa adorned by glass lamps. Across from the sitting ares is a beautiful stone, wood burning fireplace and a mounted 65" Smart TV that sits to the left of it. The living room TV is capable to stream all your favorite shows and movies and includes Cox Contour cable package.
The dinning area has a large wooden table with six upholstered chairs. It's part of the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is beautifully designed with dark wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Included in the kitchen is a wine fridge to keep your wine stored at the perfect temperature. The kitchen is furnished with all of the normal cookware you'd expect to cook a meal. There is a standard coffee pot, blender and toaster available for guest use.
The master bedroom has laminate flooring and is furnished with a large, dark wood king sized bed with a matching night stand and lamp sitting to the right. Across from the bed is a 55" plasma TV which has a RoKu streaming stick hooked up to it. This TV is capable to stream all your favorite shows and movies with the RoKu stick and it also has a Cox mini box for basic cable. The master suite has a walk-in closet with plentiful shelving and storage. Also attached is the master bathroom which has his & hers vanities, and a large walk-in tiled shower.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with upholstered headboard and white bedding. There is a white night stand with a matching lamp which sits off to the right of the bed, along with a matching dresser. On top of the dresser is a 43" Smart TV hooked up to the internet and ready for streaming.
The third bedroom has a wooden queen sized bed and a white bed side table sitting to the right of the bed with a matching lamp. Both the second and third bedroom share the second bathroom. The second bathroom sits in the hallway between the two bedrooms and has a single-sink vanity with a white mirror and a tub / shower combo.
Heading out to the backyard, the covered patio is the perfect place to sit and relax, drink a cup of coffee, have a glass of mine or read a book. The backyard is very peaceful and the patio has a very comfortable outdoor sofa with two club chairs and a coffee table. The back patio has string lights going around it which give this sitting area great ambiance at night. There is also a large, stainless steel BBQ grill w/ a propane tank for grilling out. *The home owner requests that the BBQ grill is moved out onto the concrete area, away from the house while in use*. The backyard has a large grassy area and the owner's have purchased yard games such a cornhole for some family fun!
Pet / Dog Friendly: Dogs only. No puppies. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age or older. No Cats. No more than 1 dog allowed. Guest must pay a non-refundable $250.00 pet fee. Dog owners are required to pick up after their pets. This means picking up all pet feces from the backyard during our stay making sure the yard is clean upon check-out. Guests will be charged for pet cleanup of urine, feces or dog hair if found upon check-out. Guests are required and agree to clean up 100% after their pets. No dogs allowed in the beds or on the furniture.
