Welcome to Sedona Villa! A little history about the home; This villa was recently sold by an owner who was a super host on Airbnb. We decided to continue on the extensive 5 star history and keep the home as much of the same as possible. The previous owner was renting Sedona Villa for a number of years and had an exceptional reputation for hosting guests. We are happy to present to you the same home, but with a little extra flair!
Breathtaking views; come see the beauty of Sedona in this stunning new build home. The beautiful master bedroom, with large closet and luxurious bathroom is sure to make you feel right at home. The master and 2nd guest bedroom have KING beds, perfect for 2 couples wanting to visit the beautiful Sedona. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can convert to lounge couches that you can easily have a game/movie room for the kids. With high ceilings and open floor plan are just a few features to enjoy. The backyard provides seating areas as well as a BBQ grill to cook meals while enjoying your view of red rocks. Familiarize yourself with all there is to do in this beautiful destination only 30 minutes from Flagstaff!

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~Small and medium dogs allowed with $250 pet fee
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Spa temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the spa from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
