Newly furnished for your 30-day stay, this home has a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and all new appliances. A large private backyard with BBQ, and outdoor seating, complete the 2,116 SqFt main floor living space. The home is only fifteen minutes away from breathtaking hikes like Bell Rock, Little Horse & Big Horse, Courthouse Butte, and Castle Rock.
With oversized windows and plenty of natural light. This home-away-from-home is sure to make you come back year after year.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Spa temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the spa from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
