Conveniently located in Scottsdale's super hot 85254 neighborhood, this home offers a ton of great amenities all while being located just 10 mins to The Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, and TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Phoenix Open) and The Westin Kierland Golf Club. This home will give you and your family an unforgettable vacation! There is so much to do in such a short distance! Almost endless dining, shopping, entertainment, sporting events, hiking and so many golf courses!

The living room opens to the formal dining room and has a leather sectional sofa, area rug, and a 60" Smart TV that sits above an entertainment stand. The formal dining table can seat up to eight people and offers a a nice space to bring the family together for dinner. Walking into the family room, you'll have the kitchen to your left and the billiard area to your right. All windows of the open family room and kitchen look out towards the gorgeous waterfall pool in the backyard. The billiard table has a mounted 65" Smart TV above it. The TV is a Samsung Frame TV that can be set to look like framed art on the wall. The kitchen has wood cabinets, black granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a coffee bar with a standard coffee maker and Keurig. The kitchen has a breakfast table that can sit up to 5 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, two nightstands with lamps, a leather sitting chair, and a mounted 55" Framed Art TV. Attached to the master is a big walk-in closet and the master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, his & hers vanity's, and a large soaking tub. There are bay windows by the soaking tub that look out towards the pool. (The exterior sun shades can be pulled down from the inside for privacy.)

The second bedroom has a wooden queen sized bed, two night stands and one lamp. This bedroom has s standard closet and it shares the second bathroom with the other 3 bedrooms of the home. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a dual vanity with large mirror. The third bedroom has a king sized bed, a night stand, lamp and a small dresser. The fourth bedroom has a wooden queen sized bed with one night stand and a closet. The fifth bedroom is a combination between a bedroom and bonus room. The 5th bedroom has a queen size sleeper sofa, a mounted 55" Smart TV, and a 3 person pub table. This room also has exterior shades that can be put down for privacy. This room is a purpose room and not a standard bedroom.
