Welcome to Oak Creek Escape!
A little back story about this wonderful home. Though this may be a new listing, it is not a new vacation rental. It was previously listed with a different management company, however, the reviews are not transferable and unfortunately, we lost over 100 reviews that averaged out to 4.9 stars. Here are some of the reviews.
Airbnb user said, "What a great home you’ve got! Stunning location and really comfortable. We loved the immaculate hot tub and fire pit :)"
Airbnb Guest said, " 5-star stay! We rolled into Sedona quite exhausted and staying at Anna and Todd's provided a needed respite. This was an older home but very well maintained. Super clean. Everything worked. There were plenty of supplies. And things could be found where we expected them to be. Easy peasy stay. Inside the house, the washer and dryer were extremely efficient (no problem drying jeans); the kitchen had more gadgets and appliances than we had in our own home; and, we were supplied with ample towels for both the bath and hot tub. During our stay, temps were high 40s/low 50s during the day and high 20s/low 30s at night so the having the gas fireplace in the living room was a great treat to take the chill off. I don't think our toy poodle moved after we put her bed in front of the fireplace. She loved it. The yard had a privacy fence so we couldn't see the neighbors and they couldn't see us. I walked the entire property line to confirm there were no gaps or holes for our toy poodle to escape. None were found. All looked in good condition. We didn't spend too much time outside given the temps. The hot tub worked fine the two brief times we used it. We took the dog for a walk up to the main road and ended up eating dinner outside at a nearby Mexican restaurant. Lots of options for eating outside - even in winter, even during the pandemic. Everything we needed was nearby - Whole Foods, Walgreens and, even, Bealls for last minute Christmas gifts. Lovely stay. Lovely couple. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fees
~1 Dog is allowed with a $250 pet fee
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
