Westgate Paradise is a great home for families who want to be close to sporting events and catch an Arizona Cardinals home game! This house is located just outside of the stadium and Westgate Entertainment District. It's perfect for sports fans and those who want to get out and enjoy a great restaurant and fun, exciting night life!
The backyard has a sparkling heated pool w/ waterfall, an above ground hot tub, a putting green, sun loungers, outdoor dining table and BBQ grill. It's the perfect, relaxing retreat to enjoy the warm Arizona weather. The home is very comfortable and set up for sleeping up to 9 people in total. The living room has a leather, diamond-stitch sectional sofa, coffee table, two sitting chairs and a 55" Smart TV w/ streaming. The TV also has Cox contour cable so you can watch all of the local and national news channels and sports channels. The living room also has a coffee and cocktail bar!
The kitchen has ample space for cooking and offers a large kitchen island w/ two chairs, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Bay windows of the kitchen look out towards the beautiful backyard. The dining area has a large wooden table that can seat up to eight people comfortably. The dining area also has a desk workspace for those who need to get some work done at home.
The master suite has a beautiful wooden king sized bed, two night stands w/ lamps, a long dresser w/ mounted 55" Smart TV, walk-in closet and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a wooden king sized bed w/ 2 floating nightstands w/ lamps and reading lamps. In-between the bedrooms is the second bathroom which has a single-sink vanity and a tub / shower combo. The third bedroom has a wooden king sized bed w/ 2 floating nightstands w/ lamps and reading lamps. The fourth bedroom is set up with a bunk bed which has 2 Twin XL mattresses, and a single bed w/ a Twin XL.
Pool Heating: **Electric pool heat is $65.00 per day plus tax. This heater will only heat to between 82-85 degrees when the ambient temperature outside is above 59 degrees. It is not effective in extremely cold temperatures and cannot be guaranteed to be effective.

~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
