Just a couple blocks away from Westworld of Scottsdale and less than 5 mins to TPC Scottsdale, home of the Phoenix Open. Entertainer's backyard fully set up for families! Yard games like Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, and Jenga. Outdoor dining area & bar, fire pit sitting area and BBQ grill. Close to Kierland which offers a plethora of dining, shopping and entertainment.
Entering the home you'll be delighted with how cleanly and open the home feels. The great room has a high ceilings and a TV sitting area w/ two leather reclining chairs and a sectional sofa. From the great room, you can look up and see the winding staircase and loft hallway to three of the four bedrooms. The living room has a 65" Smart TV, gas fireplace and a super comfortable leather reclining sofa. The living area has an open floor plan that opens up to the dining area, breakfast bar and kitchen. The second bathroom includes a single-sink vanity and tub / shower combo. The third bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin XL beds. The second bed pulls out from under the first bed. Taller adults can sleep comfortably on this bed. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom which also has a trundle bed with two twin XL beds. Taller adults can sleep comfortably on this bed as well. There is also a desk & chair workspace for those who need to get work done from home.
Full sized washer & dryer in laundry room. Downstairs has a half bathroom by the great room.
