Pretty At The Peak - Elegant Luxury Townhome in Pinnacle Peak. Sleeps 6 people. Gourmet kitchen w/ Zline gas range. Private patio / backyard with outdoor kitchen and private hot tub. Home features a coffee bar and wine fridge. Two car garage. Quiet, gated community w/ heated community pool and spa within walking distance of your door step.
Gourmet kitchen featuring a Zline Professional gas range, stainless steel appliances, hand-carved wood and granite kitchen island with exposed beam ceilings. Plentiful pantry space for food storage. Open-concept living space which connects the living room and formal dining room. The formal dining room has a gorgeous wooden table that seats 6 people.
The living room features a large linen sectional sofa that sits across from a wood burning fireplace. There is a 47" TV mounted in the living room which is connected to Cox Cable and also Apple TV.
You'll find a large wine fridge built into the living room wall where you can store all of your favorite wines during your stay.
This house has 2 master suites. The first master suite is downstairs, and it includes a plush King sized bed, two night stands w/ lamps, double walk-in closets, a chest dresser and a private patio entrance. This bedroom has an attached, luxurious master bathroom. The master bathroom has a large dual vanity, a glass walk-in shower and a spa-inspired soaking tub. The downstairs master suite has it's own private patio entrance to the hot tub. This is a great feature to relax on the patio with a glass of wine and have a direct entry into your room from the hot tub.
The second master suite is located upstairs and includes two queen sized beds, and a dedicated workspace featuring a wooden desk and office chair. The upstairs suite has it's own attached bathroom which features a beautiful, marble dual-vanity, a walk-in shower and a large closet. The bathroom also includes a coffee bar and beverage fridge. This room also has it's own balcony that features two outdoor sofa's. It's the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee, read a book, and relax. There is also a 47" Smart TV for watching movies at night.
The private patio features an outdoor kitchen w/ propane grill, a conversation area with 4 cushioned outdoor chairs, and the star of the show, a beautiful built-in hot tub with a rock waterfall!
The private hot tub can be heated for a nightly heating charge of $95.00 a night for propane heat. The waterfall can be run at no cost to the guest. Please contact our reservations department for a quote on spa-heating.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~To heat the private spa, an additional charge of $95/day plus tax applies. Please inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
