Serenity to the Log Castle is an authentic log home (brand-new construction) with all of the modern amenities, located in a family-friendly neighborhood, right across from the Pico Mountain entrance and a 10-minute drive to the Killington’s main base lodge. You will be able to enjoy the views of Pico Mountain while relaxing on the farmer's porch, by the outdoor fire pit or from the outdoor hot tub.    
We are committed to health and safety especially in the wake of COVID-19. Our property has been disinfected and sanitized by the GetAway Vacations  highly skilled in house cleaning staff using the most effective cleaning products, guaranteed to kill the virus. A 24 hour grace period for cleaning between guests will be strictly enforced.

The Main house accessible is via the breezeway where you will be able to store your ski equipment. Inside features all eastern white pine finish throughout the home, a well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, all new top of the line appliances. The dining-room has a farm style dining table with 6 chairs, in the living room you can relax on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite television shows on the 55” flat-screen TV, the living room also features a free-standing pellet stove for extra warmth in the winter months. The main level bathroom as granite counter, and tub/shower combo. The upper level, has 4 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms each with a queen bed, the third bedroom has (1) set of double/full bunks and the fourth bedroom with a (1) twin over a double/full bunk bed set. The upper-level bathroom is ¾ bath with granite counter and shower stall.

The lower level is heated, but still under construction. Once completed the basement will feature another full bathroom, a stretching/fitness area with a gym floor and a laundry room. The lower level is off limit, except to use the washer and dryer.

 

Note on property:

There is an exterior Nest camera on the front farmer's porch facing the driveway to help verify party size, it can record audio in its general vicinity and is triggered by motion. This is the only camera on the property and it is outside of the house just to be clear. The garage and upper deck has no access to guests. Please refrain from trying to enter the garage or go on the garage's second-story deck.

Outside the home, there is a fire pit, that can be used by the guest, but they must provide their own firewood.

There is a small pond in the front yard just beyond the fence. Please refrain from walking past the fence to get to the pond as it is not a pond for swimming and under no circumstances should anyone stand on the pond during the winter months when it is frozen. This is for your safety!
