Do you enjoy fresh, locally grown food? Then you will love the Rutland County Farmer’s Market. It is the oldest farmers market in the state and one of the only markets that strictly sells products that are grown or made directly by them.  The market is located only about a 30 min. drive away from us!

The Market is open from May until November at Depot Park in Downtown Rutland. However, make sure to note that the market is only open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. and on Tuesdays from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m., so plan accordingly. (For more information email info@rcfmvt.org)

The really unique quality about the Rutland County Farmer’s Market is that they possess 3 mission statements. The first mission statement is to promote local agriculture and local artisans. Local bakers provide delicious, oven fresh breads, rolls, cookies, pies and many other sweet treats that would definitely satisfy the biggest sweet tooth. 3. Food Vendors
