Cozy and traditional, Wobbly Barn Steakhouse has been serving Killington’s locals and visitors since 1963. It’s the perfect place to retreat to for a filling meal and a round of drinks after a long day on the slopes of Killington. And if you stay long enough after your meal, you can enjoy the restaurant’s night club atmosphere and live music performances as well!
The menu at Wobbly Barn Steakhouse is high-end, with appetizers like charred octopus, Acadian mussels, and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese leading into entrées such as bison Bolognese, elk osso buco, Berkshire pork chop, pan-roasted venison, pan-seared Faroe Island salmon, pepper-crusted tuna, and rich cuts of steak ranging from prime rib and top sirloin to New York strip, filet mignon, and porterhouse steaks. Juicy steaks and chop entrées can also be prepared with your choice of 4-ounce lump crab cake, a 10-ounce North Atlantic lobster tail, or a half-pound of Alaskan King Crab legs on the side. Even the main sides are rich and flavorful, including bourbon brown sugar carrots, truffle potato gratin, brie gratin with cauliflower and broccoli, and garlic mashed potatoes. In short, you won’t leave here hungry!
Another awesome aspect of visiting the Wobbly Barn Steakhouse is that the restaurant provides free transportation up and down Killington Road so that you can get back to your vacation rental safely after partying it up in their nightclub.
Wobbly Barn Steakhouse is open daily, with hours from 4:30pm to 9:00pm on Sunday through Thursday and from 4:30pm to 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. If you want a quiet dinner, come either between 4:30pm and 6:00pm or after 9:00pm. If you don’t mind a lively atmosphere, come between 6:00pm and 9:30pm.
