Augusta On The Green Description

Augusta Ranch is a beautiful master planned community in East Mesa with a golf course, greenbelts, and plenty of walking paths. This home is in close proximity to the Queen Creek Olive Mill, The Superstition Mountains, The Arizona Renaissance Festival and The Goldfield Ghost Town and Mine Tour. This is also a great home for Spring Training Fans - The Hohokam Spring Training Facility is just about 20 minutes away. There is also an IMAX Theater nearby as well as neighboring championship golf courses and a variety of restaurants.

This beautiful three bedroom and two bath home has an attached garage with a private heated pool (daily heating fees apply) and golf course view. This is a corner lot with just one neighbor. The home has a great open floor plan with just under 2000 square feet of space. 

Walking up to the home you will be surrounded with a large palm tree, a beautifully manicured lawn area and a shaded walkway that leads to the front door entry. Walking through the front door you will enter the formal living and card table area. The formal living room is furnished with a rust colored sofa, matching chaise lounger and two complimenting glass top tables. The front room is furnished with a four seat beech wood table that is set up for cards, chess, checkers  and backgammon.

The family room off the kitchen is furnished with  taupe leather sofa, a matching arm chair with ottoman and a wall mounted 40" flat screen TV. A pony wall separates the formal living area with the family room and gives a very spacious and open feel. The dining area has a round wood table with seating for four and there is additional bar stool seating at the built in center island in the kitchen. 

The kitchen has black granite counter tops, flat panel maple cabinets, a frosted pantry door,  brand new stainless steel appliances and everything needed to cook and entertain during your stay. There is a window above the kitchen sink and a sliding glass door that both look out to the beautiful backyard pool and golf course. 

The Den off the front entry could be used as a relaxation station or sleeping quarters for an unexpected guest. The den has a futon sleeper and a lighted end table.

The Master Bedroom has a Kind size bed with a beautiful neutral colored bedding set, two matching maple wood nightstands, a large mirrored dresser and an armchair beside the window. The bedroom has a wall mounted 32" flat screen TV, a bay window that looks out to the backyard and an attached full size bathroom. There is a curtain divider to separate the sleeping quarters from the grooming area. The Master Bathroom has a double sink vanity, walk in shower, separate soaking tub, private commode and a large walk-in closet. 

Guest Bedroom one has a Queen Size bed with a maple wood finish frame and a matching three drawer lighted nightstand. The room has a window to the right and a large double sliding door closet with spare linens and plenty of room to hang your clothing. 

Guest Bedroom two has a Queen size bed with a pale blue and brown geometric printed bedding set, a lighted nightstand and a three drawer dresser. This room also has a sliding door closet with linens and plenty of storage. 

The hall bathroom has a a single mirrored sink vanity,  a walk -in tub / shower combo and commode.

The backyard has a covered Ramada with a six seat outdoor dining room table, two chaise sun loungers, and a gas grill. The backyard has a beautiful pool surrounded with palm trees and lush green landscaping. You can look right through the wrought iron view fence and chat with the various golfers that pass through each day. 

The home comes complete with a full size laundry room which includes a washer , dryer and utility shelves. 

Home also comes with High Speed Wireless Internet, land line with unlimited US /  Canada long distance and cable TV. 

*Pool heat has an additional cost of $65/day plus tax. The pool has an electric heater and it is not recommended to use in the winter months. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature.

** PARKING: There is only one parking space available in the garage. The owner keeps 1 car in the garage, off to the side of the garage. There are two available parking spaces in the driveway.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM   
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
