Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with modern rustic decor. The condo is located near cactus and 13th street in a gated private community with a 1 car garage. Once you enter the unit you will notice the open floor plan. The kitchen is located to your right with brand new appliances and all the inventory you would need to cook any size meal. The dining room seats at least 8 plus the home has seating at the kitchen bar area. The home has a wine cooler built in for romantic dinners.

Once through the dining room you enter the large living room furnished with a huge comfy sectional and a large flat screen smart TV. Off the living room is a large private patio that seats 8 people with mountain views. Off the living room to the left is the master bedroom with a king bed and a private office area. The office has a formal desk and chair to help with all your work needs.

When you first enter the condo to the left is the second bath, second bedroom, and full size laundry room. The second bedroom has a brand new queen size bunk bed. The community offers a heated pool, spa, gym, and tons of hiking and walking paths near by.

Home has a 180 day rental minimum. No Smoking. No pets. No mailbox access will be granted.

House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
