It also has a gas fireplace, spacious patio and an attached two car garage and large patio area w/ BBQ Grill. Entering through the front door, the kitchen is to your left and the dinning room, living room, patio entry and spiral staircase are straight ahead.
The living room has a brown leather sofa, leather club chair, cow hide rug, 55" Smart TV w/ streaming & cable, and a gas fireplace. The large private patio can seat up to 8 people and you'll have your own propane BBQ. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, maple wood cabinets and black appliances. The dinning room has a beautiful southwestern wooden table that can seat up to six people. Located downstairs is the half bathroom which sits just to the right of the kitchen.
