Welcome to Troon; A world famous golf course community. Our Troon Estate features 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is 1 King, and 2 Queens, 2 Twins. So you could sleep up to 10 people in this magnificent home.

This home is just moments away from Troon North Clubhouse, golf course, Four Seasons Resort and all the great shopping at Desert Ridge Mall, and City North nightlife.

It features a formal dinning room as well as a more casual option of the breakfast nook. There are three TVs in the house that can be found in the living room, master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom.

There is also a game room where you will find a top of the line pool table for some friendly fun. The back yard features a first class pool with water features that pour into it, as well as a million dollar view that looks out onto the iconic Pinnacle Peak.

The home looks out onto Arizona open range so you will see native cactus and other distichous plants and wildlife.

The exterior is fully landscaped with a large patio area with great outdoor dinning table and chairs next to the pool.

There is also a great BBQ for that perfect evening at home.

The gourmet kitchen is very large and fully-equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for all your entertaining needs.

This home also boasts Wi- Fi, a two car garage, and a wet bar.

There are two top golf courses to play in Troon. Here is a bit of info about both. 

Troon Monument Course
The Monument was designed by the team of legendary golfer, Tom Weiskopf and architect, Jay Morrish, and stretches to 7,028 yards and a par 72. It presents a challenging layout for the pros, as well as an enjoyable experience for the average golfer. Both will enjoy the wide fairways that wind through lush desert vegetation, natural washes and towering saguaros.

Troon North Pinnacle Course
At 7,044 yards and a par 72, Weiskopfs Pinnacle Golf Course is a worthy companion to his previous masterpiece. Built around dramatic granite boulders and striking elevation changes, The Pinnacle features a more traditional desert layout with tighter landing areas and spectacular carries over desert washes.

POOL HEAT IS OPTIONAL AND OFFERED FOR $90/DAILY + tax UPON REQUEST. MUST PAY IN 1 WEEK ADVANCE. 


For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and employees, in order to stay at one of our properties, we require a short ID verification process to finalize your reservation. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in. To do so, you will need a valid government ID and a device with a camera. 
If you choose to bring more than 8 people, if the police are called, if there is any complaints from surrounding neighbors you will need to leave the home immediately and no refunds will be given.

There are absolutely NO parties allowed in this home. If you throw a party, have more people in the home than scheduled, get ANY type of noise complaints between 9pm and 9am, if police are called, you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refunds. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding families. Noise travels heavily in this home. Please be respectful of our house rules, and terms and conditions, if at any time any house rules is broken you will be kicked out of the home, with no refunds. We are excited to host you and wish you the best time! 

House Rules 
~Check in time is at 3:00 PM 
~Check out time is 10:00 AM  
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind 
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age. 
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. 
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer. 
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee 
~No Pets 
~No Smoking 
~No large gatherings 
~No mailbox access will be granted 
~If you would like the pool heated during your  stay, pool heat is an additional cost of $90/day plus tax
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature 
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. 
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
