This 2-bedroom 2-bath home boasts an exquisite kitchen enhanced with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances and stunning tile floors throughout.
The large master bedroom has a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, tub and shower and walk-in closet. While the second bedroom is bathed in natural light and features a queen bed, large closet, and a remodeled bath around the corner with step-in shower.
Relax on the screened patio with your favorite book and your morning coffee while listening to the variety of birds which greet you each morning.
A full-size washer, and dryer is provided for your convenience.
Just a short walk to resort-style amenities, pool & spa, gym, recreation room, tennis courts.
The Catalina Foothills offer breathtaking mountain views, with access to numerous hiking trails. Hike right outside your door with the ventana canyon trail 98!
You will be close to world class golf courses, delicious restaurants, and wonderful shopping excursions. Just a short drive and you’re at Mt Lemmon for many more trails and a small ski resort at the top!

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~No Pets
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or anywhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
