Monterey Magnifico is a beautiful well-appointed patio home, in a perfect location, tucked away in a quiet and secluded neighborhood in Scottsdale.  As the former model home for the community, it is located literally steps from the pool, hot tub, and tennis court.  The home comfortably hosts up to 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The home was completely remodeled a few years ago and has contemporary furnishings, a modern open kitchen that looks out over a large great room, a dining area, a large Master Bedroom, and an ensuite Bathroom, with two other bedrooms and a full bath.  There is also a private patio, to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink.  Parking is a breeze as there is an attached carport for your convenience, plus other parking available as needed. 
 

The location is in central Scottsdale, 2.5 miles to downtown, an easy drive, Uber, or a nice walk, as you are steps from the walking trail adjoining the Scottsdale Canal that leads right to downtown.  Also, it’s only 2.5 miles to the winter home of the Rockies and Diamondbacks.  It is a short walk to the Silverado golf course or a short ride to many other golf courses in the area.  The home is also steps from the Hayden Greenbelt, a 12-mile multi-use biking or walking trail that travels through Scottsdale and Tempe.  There are countless shopping opportunities and restaurants in the area to enjoy.

It is hard not to relax in a home that feels so comfortable.  The spacious great room has 2 reclining chairs and a reclining sofa, with picture windows overlooking the trees and bushes outside.  The dining room table will seat up to 8.  The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, with beautiful granite countertops and modern appliances.  There is a bar and wine refrigerator to make those evening drinks.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed, with a memory foam mattress and ensuite bath.  Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds that can be made into a king-sized bed.  All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
 

Premium wifi is included, plus the large new smart TV in the great room has an outstanding receiver and surround sound system for excellent entertainment.  Youtube TV is already hooked up and ready for you to use, along with a DVD player, or stream from your device.  There are also TVs in the Master Bedroom and Bedroom #2.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply.  Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay we appreciate your cooperation in advance
