Casa Solara - Located in the dynamic community of Kierland situated amid Scottsdale area resorts and golf clubs, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single-family home is a fabulous setting for your vacation. This property provides an excellent location within walking distance to the trendy Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Kierland Golf Club. So many great amenities in the area, including shops, restaurants, bars, spas, and grocery store.
This tastefully decorated home has a convenient layout providing all amenities, including the master suite on the main floor, along with 3 additional bedrooms on the second level for added guests or kids. Sleeping accommodations offer 3 King size beds in 3 of the rooms, and 2 Twin XL’s (that can convert into a 4th King bed) in the fourth. There is also a Queen size pull-out sofa bed in the front living room, allowing space to accommodate up to 8 to 10 if required.
All linens, bath and pool towels are provided.
The open concept Kitchen and family room area provide plenty of entertaining space overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard and pool deck. Kitchen area includes a breakfast nook and separate front dining room can seat up to 10 guests. An additional TV/flex space available in the front of the home provides added entertainment space and the upper loft landing area is set up as an office complete with printer. There are 6 TVs within the property, one in each bedroom as well as and one in both the Living room spaces. Complimentary wifi is also available.
You will enjoy this serene convenient location on a quiet street with a 3-car garage to park your vehicle and stow your clubs, as well as additional driveway parking. ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90/day plus tax. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
