Booking Requirements:
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.


House Rules:
~ This home does not accept pets. Service animals are welcome.
~ All stays over 21 days are subject to a utility cap. This 4 bedroom home has a $250 utility cap per 30 days. Any additional amount over the utility cap will be billed to you within 14 days of check out.
~ All stays over 21 days will require a utility deposit of $500 from the months of May through October. All billing will be completed within 14 days of check out.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
