During the warmer months, The Garlic Killington opens up their outdoor patio. Because Killington is a ski resort town, many establishments close during the summer, but The Garlic is open year-round because it is also a favorite spot among locals.
Some of their most popular menu items are there trademark garlic bread and fresh tomato basil bruschetta. Their entree menu has a variety of pasta dishes with fish, chicken, and seafood including Linguini and clams, wild mushroom pasta, and Mediterranean pasta. They also have several vegetarian options and a kids’ menu where you can create your own pasta dish.
If you aren’t in the mood for full dinner, The Garlic also has a tapas, wine, and martini menu. Their martini menu features specialty martinis like their chocolate martini and espresso martini.
The Garlic Killington has Happy Hour specials daily, Tuesday night is ladies’ night, so ladies get ½ price food at the bar, and Wednesday is Wine Down Wednesday, where select glasses of wine are only $5.
