The location of this beach house at the end of Atlantic Ave is as close to perfect as you can get! The views from the deck and inside the house are what Southern Maine on the ocean is all about. A true New England view! The sunsets are amazing over the harbor!
At low tide you have your own beach as the house sits on the harbor. Kayaks can be launched off the back of the house. At high tide just across the street is the Jetty which takes you to the Ocean AND gorgeous sandy WELLS BEACH (100 Yards).
This property includes 2 bedrooms ( one queen and one with a twin and a full bed), a loft that sleeps 2, and a pull-out couch that converts into a bed that sleeps 2.
When you vacation at this gem of a property, you'll dream of returning year after year!
