Now in its 33rd season, The Killington Music Festival, a non-profit organization, is the only resident professional classical music organization in central Vermont. Every summer, students from institutions such as the Julliard School of Music, Boston Conservatory, The New England Conservatory, The Manhattan School of Music, Peabody Conservatory, Eastman School of Music and the University of Arizona gather in Killington to participate in the Killington Music Festival.

These talented, young musicians travel to the area to perform chamber music as well as participate in a distinguished learning program. Every summer there are extraordinary performances by the internationally renowned faculty as well as specially invited guest artists that make the Killington Music Festival a mainstay of summer events in our area. The festival also offers a Residency Program in which graduate, college and very talented high school students can participate.
