During the season, the Foundry at Summit Pond, a dining lodge that often offers live entertainment, offers ice skating for a mere $3.00 for children ages twelve and under and $5.00 for adults. The ice park operates from 4:00pm until 10:00pm on Tuesday through Friday and from 2:00pm until 10:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Here, skate rentals are also available.
Outside of Killington in the nearby town of Proctor, Proctor Skating Rink opens for the season in mid-December, operating from 5:00pm until 9:00pm on Monday through Friday, from 12:00pm until 9:00pm on Saturdays, and on Sundays from 11:00am until 7:00pm. Skate rentals are also available at Proctor Skating Rink. Admission is free, but donations are accepted.
In Woodstock, Vermont just a short drive away from Killington, the Union Arena Community Center is another locale with an ice skating rink that visitors can enjoy.
